The trainers acts as an aid in the rehabilitation of clients experiencing pain and injury. We establish a warm, receptive and non-intimidating environment that facilitates and enhances the learning process. Exercise is only a very small part of what we do. We educate everyone that we train as to what is needed for a healthy, all round, lifestyle. We provide everyone with healthy tips, stretching and exercise programs, recipe ideas, daily or weekly goals and more.
